We have just returned from 7 days in Villa Aphrodite. The villa is even better than the pictures suggest - it has great views down to the distant sea and the dramatic mountain backdrop is breathtaking. We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids ages from 14 to 7 and the villa has something for everyone. It is totally safe and the kids can move freely around the grounds. There is space for everyone and the villa is beautifully appointed inside. The key feature of this villa has to be the poolside area and garden. It really is an oasis and the garden entertainment system is lots of fun. If you can drag yourself away, we found so many beautiful places to visit and there are several nearby (10-15 mins drive) beaches which are perfect for the kids. The villa is very easily accessible from the main national highway (10 mins drive away) which means trips around other parts of the island are easy. We’ve not rented with “Luxury Villas on Crete” before but we would certainly not hesitate to use them again as our preferred choice to stay with on the island - Audrey and her colleagues were super organised, very knowledable and extremely helpful when we had questions/ queries/ requests. Nothing was too much trouble and everything we needed was taken care of with a smile. You won’t regret renting this villa ! Louise Sandell, UK
