Villa Aphrodite - a wonderful family villa.  A wonderful family villa with lovely gardens, pool and outside bar/kitchen area. We particularly liked the level access from the living accommodation through to the garden and pool. The pool was fantastic, with a separate shallow area for children and water temperature ranging from 26deg to 30deg during our stay! The villa was spotlessly clean upon arrival and well-maintained. If anything, we thought the villa was even better than the description and photographs. I would certainly recommend this villa to friends, family and other holidaymakers.'Luxury Villas on Crete', the villa rental and managing agents were excellent from first booking enquiry right through to departure arrangements. I cannot praise Audrey and her team highly enough.We were also impressed with our Smile Car Rental (arranged through Luxury Villa on Crete), who met us at the airport with child seats already fitted and escorted us to the villa. A little more expensive than some but well worth it.The villa is only a few minutes drive from Sisi, a pleasant village with some good beaches nearby and nice restaurants around the harbour. Remezzo was a good restaurant for couples wanting an evening meal watching the sunset over the harbour and Thalassinos next door was also very good, especially for families with children. The supermarket in Malia is worth the trip for larger family shops and was especially good for meat. All round we had a wonderful stay at Villa Aphrodite - our thanks particularly to Audrey.
