Villa has two en-suite bedrooms in two different levels and one huge master ensuite bedroom (50 m²) completely private with its own entrance. Ground level has a huge master ensuite bedroom with hydro massage shower. It has its own entrance with marble bathroom and is completely private and independent.

On the pool level, an open plan living room area with a cozy sofa bed & a fully equipped kitchen are provided. In addition, there is one bedroom with a king double bed and an en-suite marble bathroom is provided.

On the first floor there is a king size ensuite bedroom with its own balcony that enjoys panoramic sea and pool views. In addition, on the first floor is located the villas second terrace with amazing undisturbed view to the Aegean Sea. Villa has luxurious furniture and textiles while all rooms have aircondition and satellite & smart TVs.

Finally, the villa's 1500 m² private gardens and its large 52 m² private heated pool with its amazing views will offer you an unforgettable and relaxing stay in one of the most amazing areas in Chania.

In Tersanas and Stavros, Cretan traditional taverns and mini markets can be found. The city of Chania is only 13 km away, offering a variety of restaurants and many choices for nightlife entertainment. Chania International Airport is 8.5 km from the villa.

Cleaning every 3 days unless otherwise requested 

***For June - July & August of 2023, heated pool extra cost is €200/week available upon request. For the rest months of 2023 the heated pool cost is included in the price.

***For special occasions like weddings, there is €750 extra charge.
