Candithea – An architecturally traditional stone villa with a modern twist

Traditional architecture mixed with modern finishes, Villa Candithea boasts breath-taking sea and mountain views. Located just 10 minutes drive from the quintessential Mediterranean town of Rethymno, and a short drive away from the area's famous sandy beaches, which stretch for miles.

The villa is arranged over several levels. The ground floor is open plan, comprising of a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, lounge, billiard area, wine bar and an exit to the terrace.

Bedrooms are situated on the first floor, each one featuring the following:

- A 40 m² familial bedroom including 2 beds, a mezzanine with an 140 cm x 200 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower
- A 30m² familial bedroom including a sofa bed, a mezzanine with an 140 cm x 200 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower
- A 30 m² bedroom including a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower
- A 30 m² bedroom including a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed and a bathroom with shower

The property is perfect for 8 adults and 4 children who can sleep on foldable beds. The large outside area offers a heated swimming pool with crystal-clear fresh water, sun loungers and parasols around the pool and a deck area. This villa truly is the ideal place to enjoy the Cretan landscape, notably the outstanding sunset!

(Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.)
