This spacious villa with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea, mountainous landscape and the resort town of Agia Pelagia was specifically designed to provide complete privacy to guests and is set on three floors.

The accommodation features 5 spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony or a terrace offering picturesque views. There are also 2 living rooms with a fireplace and a home cinema, a fully-equipped kitchen, an indoor dining area, indoor children’s area and gym facilities.

Large outdoor areas feature a swimming pool surrounded by wild flower gardens and lawn areas, a children’s playground, a sauna barrel, a wooden hot tub Jacuzzi, a covered barbeque area, a landscaped garden of 48 acres with a fishpond and footpaths.

Every fourth day maid service, linen and towel change are included in the rates.

The sauna and hydro-massage can be used against an extra fee.

Non-used bedrooms will be closed.

Guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and further 40% of the total price if they cancel in the 25 days before arrival. The rest 30% will be charged if they cancel 10 days before arrival.
