Set on landscaped gardens and grassed areas, Beach Front Estate is a combination of our two beachfront villas, each with their own style and privacy but connected by internal doors, making this spectacular sea front property a large 7 bedroom villa, perfect for big families and groups of friends. 

Set on Kissamos Bay, the contemporary, purpose-built property features clean lines and uses natural colours and materials as it makes the most of the natural light. Expansive windows from the open-plan kitchen/breakfast bar area seamlessly link the interior with the outdoors to offer a wonderful beachfront panorama.

The large outdoor living space offers sunshine all day around the two pools (each 10 m x 5 m), with a pergola with a dining table and grass areas suitable for children to play on.

 

Pools can be heated at an extra charge per day. Heating is only possible in one of the 2 beachfront villa pools (Apha or Pebble) at one time. Not simultaneously. Please check before booking.

Cleaning every other day except Sundays. Pet Friendly. Private Concierge Services available upon request. Welcome pack and a full information meeting upon arrival and basic WhatsApp concierge service throughout the stay.

Upon request the villa can sleep extra guests, with added fold up beds and the sofa beds provided in the property. Please inquire for more information. When the number of guests exceeds 16 there is an extra charge of 100€ per person per night. 
Please note that there is a stay tax charge of 0,50€/night, which is payable locally and in cash.

29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 30% of reservation as cancellation
14-0 days prior to arrival: 100% of reservation as cancellation fees
No show: 100% of reservation as cancellation fees
Early Departure: 100% of remaining stay
Non show bookings are considered as canceled by the hotel without any further information

For the period 21/06-20/09:
60 days prior to arrival date: No Cancellation fees
59 to 15 days prior to arrival: 80% of reservation as cancellation
14-0 days prior to arrival: 100% of reservation as cancellation fees
No show: 100% of reservation as cancellation fees
Early Departure: 100% of remaining stay
Non show bookings are considered as canceled by the hotel without any further information

All Season: Non refundable bookings can not be cancelled or modified
