The villa has a panoramic view, offering a striking combination of contradictory sceneries, the Aegean blue and the wild mountainous landscape of Crete all in one enchanting picture that may well please all kinds of tastes.

Entering the villa through the main entrance on the ground floor and following the entrance hall, this floor hosts three bedrooms including the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms have a double bed and 2 single beds respectively (the single beds also can be transformed into a double one if it is needed) and  a shared bathroom.

Reaching the first floor through an elevator or a staircase, there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a fireplace, indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. The living room area opens to a spacious balcony with a dining table which offers spectacular sea views. A bedroom with a double bed and a WC are also located on the first floor.

Reaching to the lower floor (pool level) through the elevator or the staircase, there is a gym with a variety of fitness equipment such as a weight bench, an abs bench, a boxing bag, an exercise ball and a fitness multifunctional apparatus. There are also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area, surrounded by a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation also features a garden with seasonal fruit, lawn area, fully equipped charcoal barbecue area and a 45 m² private heated pool, filled with crystal-clear waters.

*Heated pool is offered from 01/04 – 15/11 with an extra cost per day.
*External Jacuzzi is for maximum 4 adults and heating costs 30€ per day.
