The first master bedroom, located on the ground floor, features an en-suite bathroom and, through its vast glass opening offers an unsurpassed view to the sea and to the illuminated rocks. The second master bedroom with en-suite bathroom located on the lower level has direct access to the plunge pool. A third master bedroom with its bathroom are found on the lower floor of the villa.

Details, such as the big rock which has been turned into an element of the structure, or the small waterfall linking the property’s main pool with a plunge pool a level below, create a restful sanctuary of peace and serenity just a stone's throw from the beach. The pool can be heated at an additional cost per day, which is paid in cash upon arrival. A 2 days notice is required.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation please notify immediately in writing. The following cancellation policy is applied:
-Free cancellation for cancellations 56 days (8 weeks) prior to arrival.
-For cancellations less than 8 weeks before the check-in, no refund will take place. We therefore strongly recommend a travel insurance.

COVID-19 EMERGENCY CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to be eligible to make use of the Covid-19 Emergency Cancellation Policy, guests should provide official documentation from governmental authorities of their country that there are travel restrictions as follows: 
-Full Refund: in case of regional or national lockdown due to covid-19 in the country of origin or in Greece at the check-in day / during the dates of the booking
-Credit Voucher (client is entitled to reschedule the booking within 18 months): in case of other governmental travel restrictions caused by Covid-19.
