Situated in the picturesque village of Livadia, just a short stroll from the village’s center, the villa is an incomparable, luxurious getaway, ideal for large families or group of friends wanting to experience privacy and serenity close to nature. The vast exterior of the villa welcomes children to play, have fun, enjoy the sun and create the most unforgettable summer memories!

Interior

The 165 m² residence is ideal for the accommodation of 6-7 guests. The residents can relax in the comfortable living room of the villa, while gazing at the amazing view of the sea and the gardens, or prepare their meal in the fully equipped kitchen that stands right next to the living room. The residence features three bedrooms that offer a captivating view to the verdant gardens, the turquoise pool and the crystal blue sea. The first master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub and a vast opening overlooking the sea. The second master bedroom features a unique bathroom where the design blends with the beauty of nature. The third bedroom is a twin-bed room with a shared bathroom.

Exterior

The stunning exterior of the villa completes the image of a perfect setting ideal for private, deluxe holidays. The building is surrounded by a lush, walled garden and a 23 m² swimming pool where residents can soak up the sun, swim and enjoy the magnificent view. The isolated outdoor Jacuzzi spa and the elevated deck with an unparalleled, panoramic view to the sea and the sunset are undoubtedly the highlights of the villa. The spacious residence is perfect for families with children and also an extraordinary meeting place for parties, wedding events and yoga workshops.

The pool can be heated at an additional cost per day, which is paid in cash upon arrival. A 2 days notice is required.

BREAKFAST - Breakfast basket delivered to the villa daily. A Freshly baked bread, juice, milk, butter, homemade jam, local honey, fruits, eggs, Tahini or Peanut Butter and Cretan delicacies. A daily addition of one of the following: local cheese, olives and rusk OR Greek yoghurt with honey OR Greek yogurt with granola OR Orange Pie OR Cretan Dakos OR Cereals. For kids: choco cereals & Nutella.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation please notify immediately in writing. The following cancellation policy is applied:
-Free cancellation for cancellations 56 days (8 weeks) prior to arrival.
-For cancellations less than 8 weeks before the check-in, no refund will take place. We therefore strongly recommend a travel insurance.

COVID-19 EMERGENCY CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to be eligible to make use of the Covid-19 Emergency Cancellation Policy, guests should provide official documentation from governmental authorities of their country that there are travel restrictions as follows:
-Full Refund: in case of regional or national lockdown due to Covid-19 in the country of origin or in Greece on the check-in day / during the dates of the booking
-Credit Voucher (client is entitled to reschedule the booking within 18 months): in case of other governmental travel restrictions caused by Covid-19.
