With natural stone terraces and balconies, the villa’s indoor accommodation ‘flows’ effortlessly into the external space with the heated private infinity pool offering the opportunity to relax in soothing waters and be inspired by the gorgeous views. Cosy yet elegant, the large outdoor dining area has a pergola that regulates the shade and the sun throughout the day.

On the ground floor access opens to a spacious living room, with the eco-friendly fireplace at its heart. The open-plan kitchen features practical Corian work surfaces and the latest appliances, and incorporates an informal dining area. Meanwhile, on this floor there is the en- suite double/twin bedroom which also has a separate entrance with large doors opening onto the terrace.

A free-standing metal staircase leads to the master bedroom on the first floor, where the en-suite bathroom and bath and the large balcony with the unique private outdoor sitting space allow you to gaze out over the bay.

The swimming pool (3,2 m x 10 m) can be heated - making the water about 24°C – 26°C depending on weather conditions. A pool cover can be provided and has to be used to achieve best pool heating effect.
