Villa Thalia a brand-new luxury property with private pool. The design follows a modern decorated at simplistic line. It is located near the city of Chania in a quiet place, full of nature that is absolutely private. Next to villa Thalia is the sister villa Erato. 

Villa Thalia features 2 double rooms with fully equipped bathrooms and a large living area with a fireplace, and having its own fully equipped bathroom, it can accommodate one more guest. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful views of the hill with the olive trees. In the extension of the living area and the kitchen, there is a private pool and a fruit and local herb garden along with a small vineyard that produces grapes throughout the summer season.

Agia is a small village that combines more than a visitor would expect. It is set a few klm from the town centre of Chania and from the north coastline of Crete. It has the beautiful lake of Agia, a natural wetland, protected by Natura 2000, close to Fasas valley. Agia lake receives water from underground springs originating from Lefka Ori and the river Xekolomenos. This small lake hosts the largest variety of the Cretan fauna and flora and provides shelter to many migratory and non-migratory birds.
