On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a fully equipped kitchen for the preparation of any kind of meal. On the same floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds. On the second floor, you will find 2 more bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A practical washing and ironing area adds to the comfort of your stay. In the Roof Garden, a comfortable sitting area invites you to relax and the Jacuzzi invites you to enjoy rejuvenating moments gazing at the breathtaking view of the mountains and the enchanting blue of the sea.

In the exterior areas of the villa you can enjoy a dip and moments of coolness in the private heated pool, relax on the comfortable sunbeds or enjoy the luxury of the bed in the water under the Mediterranean sun. For an extra fee, you have the option to transform the pool into a heated oasis, ensuring a perfect retreat even in chilly weather. The BBQ area with the wood oven is the perfect place to show off your culinary talent or invite the villa chef to create delicious dishes for you to enjoy in the covered outdoor dining area. The entertainment continues in the garden, where endless hours of play and fun await. Here you can challenge your loved ones to a friendly game of table tennis while the kids enjoy the trampoline.Villa Riza is situated in Xirosterni, a small picturesque village with stonebuilt houses just five minutes away from the well-known beach of Almyrida. In close proximity you can also find the endless sandy beaches of Georgioupolis and Kalyves as well as the traditional village of Vamos. All these places offer a wide variety of local taverns with delicious homemade dishes and more. In Xirosterni there is a traditional café which serves food and a mini market which is open until 10 pm.
