We were a family of 6 adults and 4 children under the age of 9. Even before we arrived the management company were very prompt in answering all questions. Audrey Thomassen runs an excellent business. We opted to use their recommended Care Hire company, Smile. Main reason being they provide an extra vehicle for luggage and also guide you to the villa. It worked really well, allowing us to have just 2 small family cars for local journeys.  The villa is beautiful, plenty of space and a very well equipped kitchen, more than enough of everything! It was spotless, very clean. There is a small functioning gym which has great views out to the mountains, well used by our family. Outside the grounds are really impressive, an outside kitchen, with 3 fridges and a Bar. Also there is an outdoor cinema system which also has 1400 channels! There are even pool toys for the young and in a quite area there is a table tennis set-up. Sissi is a 5 minute drive, for shops, restaurants, many with sea views and also beaches……….a really relaxing atmosphere and very welcoming local taverna owners. Another offering is a meal prepared at the villa by Cretanmiracle, a small catering company run by Eleni and Yiannis. It worked brilliantly for us!  All I can say it was a very special holiday and the only regret from the family is we didn’t stay long enough. Paul
