Information below is general and in any case, we advise you consult your reserved villa’s page of cancellation terms. 

• 6 weeks or more prior to an arrival → 0% cancellation fee.*
• Within 6 weeks prior to an arrival → 100% cancellation fee.*
• No-Show or earlier departures → 100% cancellation fee.
• Should the balance payment be received earlier than the standard deadline of six (6) weeks prior to the arrival date, the booking shall be deemed non-refundable as of the date the payment is received.

*Cancellation fee is calculated on the total amount of the reservation. The cancellation policy of specific villas may differ and it is presented in detail at the villa’s page. 
"In the unlikely event of cancellation due to Force Majeure—including but not limited to war, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions—no cash refunds will be provided. Instead, 100% of the paid funds will be issued as a credit voucher, valid for 12 months from the original check-in date, subject to availability and seasonal rate adjustments."
