From the intimate atmosphere to the luxurious surroundings, villa Almyra brims with character and charm

Almyra is one of the three sea-view villas, sister of villas Ammos and Anemos.

On the ground floor there is a large open-plan living area with an open fireplace, a dining area for 8 people and a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a microwave, a dishwasher and a dryer.

Upstairs on the first floor there is a master bedroom with a luxurious en-suite bathroom, which comprises a Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, wc and washbasin. Sliding-glass doors open out into a large covered balcony with stunning sea and mountain views. There is also a second bedroom on this floor with a large en-suite shower room with wc and a washbasin.

The third bedroom is the largest, located on the lower ground floor, with sliding-glass doors that open out onto a private courtyard with access to the swimming pool terrace. There is a spacious, luxury spa bathroom with a steam shower/hamam, a sauna, a mini gym and a separate wc with washbasin.

Outdoors you will find beautiful landscaped gardens and a 42 m² swimming pool surrounded with non-slip tiles, grass lawns and wooden deck areas. Extensive terraces are featured throughout including shady pergolas and separate outdoor dining and BBQ areas.

The villa is equipped with a land line phone. Also we can offer a catering service by a qualified restaurant, from where guests can order their dishes.

PAYMENTS TERMS/CANCELLATION POLICY:
● 30% not refundable deposit is required upon confirmation.
● Balance of payments 60 days prior to arrival.
● If the balance is not paid by the due date, we reserves the right to cancel the booking and levy
cancellation charges in accordance with our cancellation policy
● For all cancellations, the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
● Cancellations received between 60 and 46 days prior to arrival will be charged 70% of the cost
of the entire stay. Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to arrival incur 100% cost of
the stay.
● In case of a Non-show, or early departure, the cost of the entire stay, as originally booked and
confirmed, will be charged.

The following services are all included in the price:

- A special welcoming basket, including local products and wine

- Daily maid service apart from Saturday and Sunday, linen and towels changed twice a week

- Pool and garden care once a week 

The pool can be heated at an extra charge and on request. One week's notice before arrival is required. Payment will be cash on site upon arrival.
