Mesmerising architecture, innovative design and stunning views, villa Avissos is a retreat with infinite possibilities

The innovative architectural concept of this villa means that the living and sleeping areas are in two separate buildings with access to each other via an adjoining stone walkway.

The living area is compact but modern with extensive natural stone features that extend right up to the eves of the building. In addition, the lounge has a Cimentogonia surface sofa bed suitable for sleeping an extra person.  The kitchen area is open plan with stylish and practical Corian work surfaces with an informal dining area and top of the range appliances.

Accessible from a large terrace, the master bedroom is open plan with an award-winning Coco-Mat double bed and glass partition separating the sleeping space and modern dressing area. The spacious en-suite bathroom has a bath that faces a private picture window with wonderful sea views.

The private pool is 3,2 m x 10 m long. 

Cleaning every other day except Sundays. Pet Friendly. Private Concierge Services available upon request.Welcome pack and a full information meeting upon arrival and basic WhatsApp concierge service throughout the stay.
