This exclusive 8-bedroom residence offers sophisticated design across an interior space of 412 square meters (approximately 4,435 square feet). The property features five bedrooms within the main house, one independently accessed guest room, and two additional bedrooms in the Garden Suite.  

Ground Floor
The open-plan living area includes comfortable sofas surrounding a fireplace and a study. French doors lead from the living area and fully equipped kitchen directly to an external dining area situated by the pool. The kitchen features a bar with stools that look out over the pool and sea views. A guest W.C. is located on this floor. Additionally, there are two bedrooms furnished with twin or 1.80m double beds, walk-in closets, and en-suite shower rooms with rain showers, both offering beautiful views of the Mediterranean. One of these bedrooms includes a small terrace with direct access to the pool.  

First Floor
The master bedroom is fitted with a 1.80m four-poster bed, en-suite bathroom, closets, and private terraces with sweeping sea views. A second double room on this floor is entered through a separate external entrance and features a 1.80m double bed, fireplace, walk-in closet, en-suite shower room, and private sea-view terraces.  

Lower Ground Floor
The first bedroom on this level contains a twin or 1.80m double bed, a single sofa bed, closets, and an en-suite shower room with a rain shower, boasting views and direct access to the garden and pool level. The second bedroom also offers a twin or 1.80m double bed, closets, an en-suite rain shower room, and direct access to the garden and pool level. A laundry room is also situated on this floor.  

Garden Suite
The Garden Suite offers a double room with a 1.80m double bed, a private entrance, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, sea views, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.  

Pathways were designed through the olive trees and local vegetation, in the "wild", “untouched” area in between the two villas. There are lovely rest areas with hammocks where one can simply lie under the shade of the olive trees.

At its heart is a professional multi-use court for tennis, pickleball, volleyball and half-court basketball, complemented by a dedicated sports equipment storage area and a beautifully designed courtside pavilion offering shaded seating, refreshments and a welcoming social atmosphere throughout the day.

More than a sporting facility, this new addition has been created as a destination within the destination, a place where families, groups of friends and multi-generational travellers can connect, play, unwind and share experiences throughout their stay.

Whether it is a morning tennis session, an afternoon pickleball match, children playing basketball, or simply relaxing in the pavilion overlooking the court, the facilities have been designed to be enjoyed by guests of all ages.
