Staying in a historical monument and going back thousands of years

The Venetian luxurious villa Maroulas was built in 1426, and was recently renovated and turned into a modern property with luxurious facilities for a perfect vacation.

The villa has 2 wings. The first one of is composed of a two-floor building that has kept architectural characteristics of the Venetian era. The second one is a one-floor building that used to be an olive press, originally constructed during the period of Turkish rule.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate entrance. There is also a double bedroom with a bathroom down the corridor. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, that offers a beautiful sea view. There are also 2 more double bedrooms on this floor that share one large bathroom.

On the entrance floor there is a large open space with fully equipped kitchen, 2 lounges and a desk with computer. Here you can enjoy movie nights using an overhead projector and a large screen.

The outside area offers a private swimming pool that can be heated upon request, sun loungers and a roof terrace.

The villa can sleep up to 11 persons, an extra bed upon request

Daily cleaning (except Sundays) is included in the rental rate

Cancellation : All cancellations must be sent to us by e-mail with name and dates of reservation. It is agreed between us that should you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, or that the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment, then we shall be entitled to the following percentage of the holiday cost :
- 4 weeks or more before arrival 30 % (deposit)
- less than 4 weeks before arrival 100 %
We will always try to reduce as much as possible any eventual cancellation fees.
Our rates can change significantly depending, the date of booking (early or last minute), the number of nights / people, and some time we can make special offers for specifc dates, just ask.
