Villa Melisa is an outstanding brand-new villa built in absolute privacy with breathtaking views over the town, the sea and small islands.
The villa is divided into two floors. On the entrance floor there is an open space with large living and dining areas, modern fully-equipped kitchen and guests’ toilet.
On the first floor there is a large, sea-view master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, 1 double bedroom with sea view and 1 single bedroom also with a sea view. There is also a second large bathroom with a bathtub. An additional bed for a sixth guest can be added upon request.
A beautiful, stone wall surrounds the villa and the whole property is secured with an alarm system. A large outside area offers an optionally heated infinity private pool (32 m2), spacious lawn area around the villa, a deck area with sun loungers and umbrellas and a shaded dining area with built-in BBQ and wood-burning oven.
The swimming pool can be heated up to 25 degrees celsius at an additional charge of 50€/day
