Villa Sand S is a modern villa located just few steps from the sandy beaches of Kalamaki.

The ground floor consists of a large living and dining area and a modern fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. There is also a double bedroom with king-size bed and a bathroom.

On the upper floor there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with hydro massage. Large glass doors will take you to a private balcony with breathtaking sea views. There is also a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a lovely private balcony.

On the lower floor there is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a large playroom with an extra double sleeping sofa and a bathroom. Additionally, you will also find a fitness room.

The outside area offers a private swimming pool, plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas and outside dining area with BBQ.

Prices are for up to 8 guests per villa and an extra charge of 25 euros per night per person for additional guests. (A total of 10 guests can be accommodated per villa)
