The sunshine in this part of the world is on average approximately 300 days a year, so the infinity, ecologically purified and heated pool, the pool bar and the shaded and non-shaded living areas around it encourage our guests to spend most of their day outdoors where they can enjoy a refreshing plunge in the pool, relax on the comfy loungers, have BBQ or wood oven cooked meals and drinks and also enjoy unforgettable sunsets overlooking the scenery of their choice.

The villa sleeps 10-12 people. There are two bedrooms on the upper ground floor, one bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the lower ground floor.On the upper ground floor the master bedroom consists of a private relaxing lounge space, a sleeping area with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a private heated plunge pool, a walk-in closet and a private office space. The second bedroom on that level has two confortable single beds and a private bathroom with its own Jacuzzi bathtub. It is ideal for two adults or for children.

On the ground floor level there is a small, separate small studio consisting of a sleeping area with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a private living room with direct access to the swimming pool area. It can accommodate two more people if necessary with the use of a big convertible couch. Two separate living areas, the dining and the kitchen area are on this level too.

On the lower ground floor two more bedrooms, both with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as another spacious multi-use living are available for our guests. All of them overlook the garden and have a panoramic view of the old town and the sea at the same time.

Further down on that same floor level you find both the fully-equipped gym and also the relaxing spa area with a Turkish steam bath, a Scandinavian sauna and a massage space, all of them overlooking the garden.

Daily maid service is included in the rental rate.

Change of linen twice a week, change of towels daily.

The pool can be heated upon request at an extra weekly charge only, not for single days. 2024 weekly price is €2,800.

Maximum capacity is up to 12 guests upon request. ​For every additional guest (above the regular capacity of 10) an extra charge applies of €350,- per night.

Pets are allowed upon request.

 

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY 2022
 

Reservation policy

•  30 % deposit required upon reservation
•  70% balance payment 60 days prior to check-in.
•  Security (damage) deposit of 5000 euros payable through bank or in cash prior to check-in (refundable 7 days after departure minus eventual damage charges if any).

Standard cancellation policy

• Cancellation more than 60 days prior to check-in: loss of 30% deposit
• Between 59 and 30 days prior to check-in: 80% loss of balance
• Cancellation up to 29 days prior to check-in: 100% loss of balance
• In all above cases, Venue fees are 100% refundable

Covid-related cancellation policy (it reflects the current situation, therefore can be updated based on new facts about the pandemic and will be verified each time prior to a booking)

If cancellation is due to Covid restrictions we offer two options to choose from:

1. Return of 70% accommodation balance*

2. A voucher* (for the amount paid) ,which can be used in the next 18 months, excluding peak season (June, July, August 2024). If there is a n increase in the following year's pricing the client will need to pay the difference based on the week of choice.
 

*Return of the 70% balance payment and vouchers for future use would only apply if the cancellations are proved to be related to Covid restrictions, as described below:

1. The country of domicile of our guests, has issued a level 3 or higher warning to Greece – which means “do not travel”.

2. Greece has been determined to be a Covid-19 (Coronavirus) risk, and as such, the destination will deny these guests entry.

3. The airlines have canceled flights from the guest’s home country to our destination.

Important note

Quarantine time prior/post travel in either country is not a reason to cancel the trip, therefore in this case Standard cancellation policy applies.
