Villa Thalasea delivers views of the Aegean Sea all around, yet is sensitively shaded by the mature gardens which offer the privacy that our guests desire. With a natural stone terrace which "fronts" the property, the villa enjoys a private infinity pool plastered with a characteristic Cimentogonia surface and full-width Roman steps.

Access is via the ground floor to a spacious living space and to an open-plan kitchen with Corian work surfaces and the latest appliances, where there is also an informal dining area. Structured over two distinct floors, with large windows maximising the natural light, a free-standing metal staircase leads to the master bedroom and its en-suite bathroom. Wall-to-wall windows offer uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea along with the additional feature of a large balcony and outdoor sitting space.

The first floor guest bedroom is accessible through an outdoor staircase, while the ground floor double/twin bedroom has a separate entrance and opens out onto the terrace. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in spa shower area.

The swimming pool (3,2 m x 10 m) can be heated, making the water about 24°C – 26°C depending on weather conditions. A pool cover can be provided and has to be used to achieve best pool heating effect.
