The villa consists of three blocks; the main house, the guesthouse block and the extra guestroom by the sea. The villa has 8 bedrooms and two family rooms with two bedrooms each, in total 12 bedrooms are at the guests' disposal.

The spacious living-room with a stunning view of the sea and the mountains is connected with the dining room and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with professional appliances and you can easily cook for more than thirty people.

Well-appointed outdoor living spaces of the villa create the atmosphere of a private resort overlooking the Libyan Sea. Four pergola-covered terraces with built-in sofas and dining tables are perfect for al-fresco lunches in the shade or dinner with stunning sea-views. Two of the terraces have a BBQ, one of them by the sea. You can find an outdoor kitchen at one of the terraces and  a large private sea-view pool of 40 m².

The main house consists of:

First level
Bedroom 1 with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower.
Bedroom 2 with three single beds and en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower.

Second level
Bedroom 3 with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower.
Bedroom 4 with three single beds and en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower.

Third level
Bedroom 5 (Master) with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower.

The guesthouse block consists of:

First level
Family room 1 with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with three single beds and shared bathroom.

Bedroom 6 with one double bed and one single bed and en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower.

Second level
Family room 2 with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and shared bathroom.

Bedroom 7 with one double bed and en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower.

Guestroom by the sea consists of:
Bedroom 8 with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower.

Built practically on the sea, the guests have the opportunity to exit the Beach House and walk into the sea and enjoy the privacy of this isolated beach under the shades of the tamarisk trees that are planted on the sand at the edge of the property.

6 day daily maid service of common areas is included in the price. Linen & towels change once a week, included in the rate.

Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy
A booking deposit of 30% is required to guarantee the booking.
The remaining 70% must be paid eight weeks prior to arrival.
The booking deposit is non refundable and will retained as a minimum cancellation fee in any cancellation.
For Cancellations that take place 8 weeks before arrival and following that date or in case of no show, the cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental fee.

EARLY BOOKING Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy for 2026:
For reservations prior to to February 1st 2026 an Early Booking discount will apply to the prices above.
A booking deposit of 100% of the total rental fee is required in order to guarantee the Early Booking reservation.
For Early booking reservations the booking deposit of 100% is non refundable and will retained as a minimum cancellation fee in case of cancellation or no show.

EARLY BOOKING Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy for 2027:
For reservations prior to to February 1st 2027 an Early Booking discount will apply to the prices above.
A booking deposit of 100% of the total rental fee is required in order to guarantee the Early Booking reservation.

Important: New Climate Tax:
Starting January 2024, Greece has implemented a Climate Crisis Resilience Tax applicable to all visitors staying in hotels, villas, apartments, or rooms across the country. This tax has been introduced to support climate resilience initiatives and tackle environmental challenges proactively.
The tax is paid separately by the guests upon arrival, and it is a daily charge of 15 Euros charge and  0.5% of the total booking amount.
