Entering the ground level of the villa, there is a spacious living and dining area with contemporary furniture, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. This floor is surrounded by spacious balconies offering unobstructed views of the sea and the area. Following up also offered on this floor is a spa with a 35 m² indoor pool, a Jacuzzi and a sauna.

Going up on to the first floor, there are four stylish bedrooms overlooking the sea and pool area. This floor offers two bathrooms with baths. The fifth bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is also located on this floor. All floors can be accessed by an elevator.

The lower level of the villa has a wine cellar with a large selection of wine and a spacious dining area.

The full size outdoor tennis court with evening lights and tennis ball machine can be used by guests, together with the 120 m² private pool with breathtaking sea views. A small traditional Orthodox church is also on the villa grounds with full access.
