Villa Ianira nestles next to its neighbouring ‘older sister’ Filira, but keeps its own independence, surrounded by an olive grove. Everywhere you look there is either an amazing sea or mountain view. It is a truly spectacular place.

Villa Ianira has been constructed with superior quality natural materials, is environmentally friendly, featuring higher standard fixtures and fittings, with particular attention to detail. The villa is divided into 3 levels, with 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite. On the ground floor there is an open space with wooden floors and high ceilings, tastefully decorated in a vintage style combined with modern touches. A unique, fully-equipped kitchen boasts luxurious facilities, lovely dining area, large living area and an entrance to the veranda. Additionally, there is a fourth bedroom* with en-suite bathroom, an equipped gym and wine cellar with an exclusive Cretan wine collection.

The outside area comprises of a large garden with a lawn, which is spacious and safe for children and a large infinity pool with crystal-clear fresh water, designed in such a way that you can enjoy the Cretan sunset and overlook the sea whilst you swim.  It has a divine view and offers a wonderful vacation experience.  There is also a veranda with BBQ area, lounge and dining area and a children’s pool.
