Kokomo Villas consist of 3 luxury villas, located on a hill overlooking the bay of Lygaria in the greater area of Agia Pelagia. It can be reached from Heraklion/Heraklion Airport in about 25 minutes. It is easily accessible from the highway and ideal as a base for exploring places of interest. Although close to various magnificent beaches, restaurants and supermarkets, it is also perfect for relaxing in privacy.

Villa Gaia hosts 2 bedrooms, both with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. The front bedroom offers panoramic sea view and direct access to the front veranda. The back bedroom offers direct access to the beautiful backyard. The living room, with a gorgeous view of the sea, is connected to a fully-equipped open kitchen and dining room and opens out to the veranda. The front outdoor area is exceptionally spacious and the view is a delight to the eyes. It offers a private swimming pool with sunbeds, an outdoor shower, lounge poufs, barbeque (gas) and dining area.
