The Olive Sun villa, with its calm earth tone colors, was specially designed to enhance the relaxing atmosphere. The original architectural design and stylish decor are a perfect balance of the highest standard of luxury, comfort and ecological simplicity.

This newly built private luxury villa of 300 m² is set in the quiet area of Gouves, within 20 minutes car ride from Heraklion and the airport. It is a combination of privacy and short-drive access to the most popular natural and touristic attractions of the island.

It offers you everything one might need: stunning hills and olive garden views, outdoor lounge area naturally immersed into the surrounding landscape, semi-olympic size swimming heated pool, lounge sun deck with open massage table, children playground, barbecue, and pergola-covered dining area. Add some traditional tastes to your daily dining experience by cutting some fresh Cretan herbs and greens from our private herb garden.

We want to make sure that our villa is an ideal place for everyone. An absolutely flat outdoor space of 4400 m² makes it safe and easy access for people with limited mobility and children.  

The Olive Sun villa consists of two levels and can accommodate a group of up to 18 guests.

Ground-level

First floor

Living in one villa, everyone will still be able to retain their privacy, as every bedroom has an en-suite, spacious bathroom. Each bedroom has an one-of-a-kind design that is integrated into a single one.

The size of the main swimming pool (5 m x 25 m x 1,40 m depth) makes it ideal for those who need to train. The small swiiming pool is 4 m x 5 m x 0,6 m depth, ideal for children. A pool fence can be placed in the main swimming pool for chidren's safety. Also a special crank will be available for disabled people in order for them to access the pool. Pool heating comes with an extra cost. The heated pool will have 8o C higher difference from the environment's temperature. The highest temperature of the pool will be 28oC. The guest should cover the pool with the thermal blanket during the night (it will be very easy manually system) in order to have a heated pool in the morning. If they don't cover the pool it will not be a problem, but they will not have a well heated pool during the following day.

Full of daylight and comfortable, the indoor living space has a moving-glass wall system with direct access to a pool deck. The dining area with fireplace and TV will become your favorite spot for cozy evening gatherings. Thanks to the earthly colors and natural, modern design furniture you feel as if in the comfort of your own home.

Our guests have access to the facilities of Lyttos Beach Hotel LBTA (Lyttos Beach Tennis Academy), SPA and gym, water park, sport facilities (football court, water sports, cycling, golf courts, basketball court), restaurants and beach facilities. All hotel facilities, such as SPA, gym and usage of the hotel’s pool area are for an extra charge.

Cancellation policy:
*The reservation deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel the reservation over 2 months before the arrival date.
*If the cancellations take place less than 2 months before arrival date, you will be debited a total no-show fee equivalent to the total rental cost.
