Layout

First Bulding - Ground Floor

Stepping into the main building of the villa, you will find an open plan space, featuring the dining, kitchen, and living room areas. The living room features a 55” LG Smart TV, a comfortable sofa, and a variety of board games. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and two wine coolers, while the dining area comfortably seats up to 8 guests. This space also features access to the fully equipped BBQ area.

Lower Floor

Descending to the lower floor, you will find two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a stand-up shower.

The first bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) that can be converted into two twin-size beds (0.90m x 2.00m) upon request. This bedroom also features a stand-up shower.

The second bedroom features two twin-size beds (0.80 x 2.00m).

Second Building - Ground Floor

As you step into the second building, you will find a kitchenette with a mini fridge, an electric kettle, an espresso machine, a filter coffee machine, as well as the remaining six bedrooms.

The third bedroom is designed to accommodate guests with mobility restrictions and features all the necessary adjustments. It includes a King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) that can be set up as two twin-size beds (0.90m x 2.00m) upon request. It also includes an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, as well as direct access to the pool area.

The fourth bedroom includes a King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) that can be set up as two twin-size beds (0.90m x 2.00m) upon request. It also includes an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, as well as direct access to the pool area.

The fifth bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, as well as direct access to the pool area.

Second Building - First Floor

Ascending to the first floor, you will find a PITSOS washer and Whirlpool dryer, and this area also features access to the outdoor area.

The sixth bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, as well as a private balcony with seating and mountain views.

The seventh bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00), which can be converted into two twin-size beds upon request. It also features an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, as well as a private balcony with seating and mountain views.

The eighth bedroom features a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00), which can be converted into two twin-size beds upon request. It also features an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower, as well as a private balcony with seating and mountain views.

All bedrooms feature safe deposit boxes, shampoo and shower gel, slippers, mosquito nets, and blackout curtains, 32” LG Smart TVs, self-controlled A/C’s and vanities with mirrors.

Outdoor Area

Spanning over 3,000 m², the exterior of Olive Sun Villa is designed as your private setting for sun-soaked days and relaxed evenings. Surrounded by manicured olive trees and lush lawns, this expansive outdoor space is ideal for family gatherings, celebrations, or tranquil moments of leisure.
