Villa Melitini is located in Chania in the area of ​​Vlites, Souda. • Bedroom 1: mini suite with double bed, four-fold closet, living room and bathroom
• Bedroom 2: bedroom with double bed and closet
• Bedroom 3: bedroom with 2 double beds and an octagonal closet
• 2 bathrooms (the first bathroom is located in bedroom 1 of the ground floor). The bathrooms have showers. Hot water heated with solar energy (all 24 hours).

Kitchen and Living area

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge that provides water and ice, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, wine preserver and all the necessary home appliances for 6 people. Dining room for 6 people.

Living rooms: The ground floor has 1 living room with fireplace, TV (satellite) and air conditioning and another living room with satellite TV and air conditioning, located in the room described above.

Level 1:

It consists of a living room of 25 m², dining room, fully equipped kitchen, closet, bedroom and bathroom. More specifically:

• Living room: The living room consists of a large sofa, granite floor, 50'' plasma TV, air conditioning.
• Dining room: The dining room is set between the lounge and the kitchen and is for 14 people. It features air conditioning.
• Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with cupboards, refrigerator with water and ice, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher (all built in), filter coffee maker and espresso maker, wine preserver and full household equipment for 14 persons .
• Bedroom: The bedroom consists of a double bed, a bedside table, a quadruple closet, a plasma TV and air conditioning.
• Bathroom: The bathroom has a shower and hot water from the sun (24 hours a day)

• 3 bedrooms: All bedrooms have their own bathroom, air conditoning and plasma TVs
• 3 bathrooms: The bathrooms have showers and hot water heated with solar energy (24-hour). One of the bathrooms has a shower and a hydromassage bath.

Exterior

Swimming pool: The ecological pool with salt water covers an area of ​​78 m². Sun loungers for 14 people are available. There is a special area with barbecue grill and wood oven.

The villa has a garden with a total area of 4,000 m², with lawn, palm trees, cypress trees, rock gardens, flower arrangements. The following are all biological (if climatic conditions permit):

Vegetables: tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, etc.
Herbs: herbs such as thyme, oregano, basil, rosemary etc.

*Wood oven use need to be arranged in advance and with extra charge 50 euro for the wood each time. Pizza oven needs 3 hours preheating.
