Olea I and Olea II are luxury developments built within 4 acres of land, in an olive grove with more than 100 olive trees. On the upper floor there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

On the middle floor there is a large open-plan living and kitchen area with 2 outside dining areas, infinity pool, hot-tub and BBQ area.

The lower floor consists of 2 large bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and a large playroom for the children with plasma TV and games. 

There is a weekly cost of 210 euro for the operation of the jacuzzi.

CANCELLATION / NON SHOW POLICY:
•For any cancellation the initial deposit 30% is non refundable.
•In case of non show or early departure the cost of the entire stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.

•JANUARY-FEBRUARY-MARCH-NOVEMBER-DECEMBER: In case of any cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival the deposit will be withheld as
cancellation fees. The total cost of reservation will be charged for any cancellation received 20 days or less prior to arrival.

•APRIL-MAY-SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER: In case of any cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival the deposit will be withheld as cancellation fees. The
total cost of reservation will be charged for any cancellation received 20 days or less prior to arrival.

•JUNE-JULY-AUGUST: In case of any cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival the deposit will be withheld as cancellation fees. The total cost of
reservation will be charged for any cancellation received 29 days or less prior to arrival.
