The villa is divided into three floors. The whole premise’s interior is elegantly decorated both in a modern and a classic manner. All spaces are fully air-conditioned and equipped with central heating.

The ground floor has an open, large area of approximately 120 m². It consists of two stylish living rooms and two fine dining areas, overlooking the pool and the blue sea. A fully- equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower are also on this floor.

A wooden staircase leads onto the first floor, where you will find two luxurious lofts and a marvelous master bedroom. Both loft bedrooms are designed in maisonette style, offering a cozy and elegantly furnished sitting area and an office on the lower floor, while a double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom (one with shower and one with bathtub) are available on the upper floor. One of these lofts is equipped with two bunk beds, suitable for children. The master bedroom, with an area of 65 m² features a double bed, a fireplace, a cloakroom and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi. In addition, a mini fridge in every loft bedroom and the master bedroom are offered.

The land is 1450 m² in a quiet area, where the north wind rarely blows, with a rocky private beach which has a cave, formed properly to be safely accessed by children and elders. There is a wonderful landscaped garden with tropical plants, including papaya, pineapple, banana trees etc., a 60 m²  swimming pool with sea water and a BBQ with outside dining area.
