Winehill villa is built on a hillside and is divided onto three levels. The ground floor consists of a spacious, open-plan living and dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances.

On the lower level there is a play/game room, a cinema room and a gym, a professional video projector and a home cinema. Children can also be entertained with a billiard table, a ping pong table and board games. The gym is equipped with a treadmill, an exercise bike, dumbbells, mats and Pilates balls.

The 3000 m² outside area offers a large swimming pool with crystal-clear fresh water (90 m²), pool deck with sun loungers and umbrellas, 3 dining areas and BBQ facilities, a pool bar and a basketball court. There is also a large lawn, children’s playground and garage for 2 cars.

 

A mid-stay cleaning of the entire villa (including change of towels) is inlcuded in the rental rate.

For pool heating there is an additional charge of 50€/day. 
Deposit can be refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival.
