Set on the slopes overlooking the Kissamos Bay, offering hidden surprises. Set in the gardens of flowering shrubs, trees and herbs, with the faintest aroma of lavender on the light breeze. With natural stone terraces and balconies, the villa’s indoor accommodation ‘flows’ effortlessly into the external space with the heated private infinity pool offering the opportunity to relax in soothing waters and be inspired by the gorgeous views. Cosy yet elegant, the large outdoor dining area has a pergola that regulates the shade and the sun throughout the day.

On the ground floor access opens to a spacious living room, with the eco-friendly fireplace at its heart. The open-plan kitchen features practical Corian work surfaces and the latest appliances, and incorporates an informal dining area. Meanwhile, on this floor there is the en- suite double/twin bedroom which also has a separate entrance with large doors opening onto the terrace.

A free-standing metal staircase leads to the master bedroom on the first floor, where the en-suite bathroom and bath and the large balcony with the unique private outdoor sitting space allow you to gaze out over the bay.

The swimming pool (3,2 m x 10 m) can be heated - making the water about 24°C – 26°C depending on weather conditions. A pool cover can be provided and has to be used to achieve best pool heating effect. 

Cleaning every other day except Sundays. Pet Friendly. Private Concierge Services available upon request. Welcome pack and a full information meeting upon arrival and basic WhatsApp concierge service throughout the stay.

29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 30% of reservation as cancellation
14-0 days prior to arrival: 100% of reservation as cancellation fees
No show: 100% of reservation as cancellation fees
Early Departure: 100% of remaining stay
Non show bookings are considered as canceled by the hotel without any further information

For the period 21/06-20/09:
60 days prior to arrival date: No Cancellation fees
59 to 15 days prior to arrival: 80% of reservation as cancellation
14-0 days prior to arrival: 100% of reservation as cancellation fees
No show: 100% of reservation as cancellation fees
Early Departure: 100% of remaining stay
Non show bookings are considered as canceled by the hotel without any further information
All Season: Non refundable bookings can not be cancelled or modified
