Villa Harmonia is perched high on the hillside overlooking the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea and with its north-east facing position, catches the early morning sunshine. This property is the architectural mirror image of villa Symphonia and features much of the same living space and use of materials.

The main entrance opens to a two-storey high living room which has many large windows that allow the flow of light and add to the general airy atmosphere of this modern villa.

Both master and guest bedrooms feature the highest quality furnishings, fittings and aesthetic materials, ensuring the greatest of comfort throughout.

The outdoor area features a good size infinity swimming pool (3,2 m x 10 m) with characteristic Cimentogonia surfaces and a large sitting/dining area covered with a technologically advanced pergola, which creates both shade and lets in sunlight.  Luxurious and sophisticated sun loungers adorn the spacious terrace, giving you options for any time of the day.

Housekeeping with house cleaning every other day (except Sundays), linen and towels change twice weekly & welcome pack are included in the rental rate

The Villa is pet friendly, please let us know in advance in case you would like to bring your pet with you

Over 90 days: Deposit loss only
15-42 days: loss of 80%
Under 15 days: Loss of 100%

30 days prior to arrival date: No Cancellation fees
29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 30% of reservation as cancellation
14-0 days prior to arrival: 100% of reservation as cancellation fees
No show: 100% of reservation as cancellation fees
Early Departure: 100% of remaining stay
Non show bookings are considered as canceled by the hotel without any further information

For the period 21/06-20/09:
60 days prior to arrival date: No Cancellation fees
59 to 15 days prior to arrival: 80% of reservation as cancellation
14-0 days prior to arrival: 100% of reservation as cancellation fees
No show: 100% of reservation as cancellation fees
Early Departure: 100% of remaining stay
Non show bookings are considered as canceled by the hotel without any further information

All Season: Non refundable bookings can not be cancelled or modified
