Symphonia is a villa truly in tune with the surrounding landscape, the highest of the villa octet, it offers the broadest panoramic views on the whole hill and will suit the discerning traveller looking for infinite beauty, rare sophistication and Mediterranean chic.

The spacious natural stone terrace fronting the property has a private infinity pool with Roman steps, as you slip into the refreshing water, admiring the Gramvousa and Spatha peninsulas before you.

The indoor space in this property links seamlessly to the external areas with private balconies and terraces, and a pergola-shaded lounge area, stylishly furnished with seating and a dining table. The ambience is complimented by traditional stone walls that blend into the natural environment, amid carefully chosen endemic shrubs, flowers and trees that have been planted in the surrounding gardens to restore the original landscape.

Access via the ground floor opens to a spacious living room with high ceilings, a modern and eco friendly fireplace, while the open-plan kitchen area has practical wooden work surfaces, an informal dining area and top of the range appliances. The en-suite master bedroom is also on this floor with an open-plan design featuring a modern bath.

Going up to the first floor there is the second bedroom providing a spacious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in Spa shower area and a large balcony with amazing views.

The private pool is 3,2 m x10 m long. A pool cover can be provided and has to be used to achieve best pool heating effect.

Cleaning every other day except Sundays. Pet Friendly. Private Concierge Services available upon request. Welcome pack and a full information meeting upon arrival and basic WhatsApp concierge service throughout the stay.
