Phaestias Terra is a complex of three brand new luxury villas Akalli, Xenodice n’ Phaedra, constructed in 2021.
Villa Xenodice has direct unobstructed view to the sea and the Cretan nature and offers complete privacy. It has its own large garden and terrace with barbeque facilities in a shaded area.
