Welcome to our sea view, autonomous villa Four Seasons, in Gouves resort, just 5 min. drive from local beaches, amenities, activities and 15 min. drive to Heraklion international airport Nikos Kazantzakis. A perfect spot to explore the island, as it offers easy access to the north highway of Crete in less than 5 min. drive. Also, an ideal place to relax and feel free in your own privacy, at a nice and quiet neighbourhood.

This new villa stands out for its brightness, discreet luxury, comfort and modern facilities. Flat and spacious outside, with a large freshwater infinity heated pool viewing the sea, surrounded by trees and flowers and offering natural shading, sea breezes and magical sunrises & sunsets to its guests. At the villa's exterior you will also find a basketball hoop (height adjustable), a tennis table, comfortable furniture, a chic dinner table for 12, an atrium, external pool shower and 5 seats private parking.

The building of 253 s.m, spreads over 2 floors and the gym, that can be isolated by locking doors for extra security and children ‘s safety.

On the ground floor: A comfortable dining and living area with HD smart TV & DVD player, shaded veranda, a fully equipped spacious kitchen featuring the pool and the sea, a bathroom and two bedrooms (1 twin and 1 king size double which can be converted to a twin upon request).

On the first floor: Four bedrooms (3 queen size doubles and 1 twin with an attic), all with private bathrooms, balconies and a big shaded veranda. A fully equipped laundry room available too.

* All 6 bedrooms of the villa provide anatomic bed mattresses, luxury linen and two types of pillows for maximum comfort of our guests.

* A well organized gym with HD smart TV is fitted out for you on the lower floor of the villa.

* In the kitchen: 6 ring stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toster, nespresso and filter coffee machines, boiler, all kind of kitchenware

* In the laundry room: washing machine, drying machine, iron & board, sink, sewing kit

* Additional facilities / amenities: music set, pool towels, shampoo & shower gel, hairdryer, baby cot and highchair, babies' amenities, football table, tennis rackets, board games, remote control entrance gate. 

Rooms’ details:

‘’Beige room’’: twin, with sea-view and direct access to the pool and terrace.

‘’Blue & Grey room’’: king size double ( can be converted to a twin ), where 2 baby cots can be added (upon request & free of charge), with garden view.

Above two rooms on the ground floor, share a modern bathroom with shower.

Right up, on the first floor, which can be isolated from the ground floor, you will find:

‘’Green room’’: queen size double, with private full sea view balcony and private bathroom with shower.

‘’Blue room’’: queen size double, with private garden view balcony and private bathroom with shower.

‘’Red room’’: twin bedroom with an attic and direct access to a spacious sea and garden view veranda ( shaded by choice ) plus private bathroom with shower.

‘’ Azure room’’: queen size double, also with direct access to the veranda above and private bathroom with bath and double sink. A baby cot can be added, if requested.

A booking for 12 people plus 2 infants is possible, upon request. 2 baby cots can be provided free of charge.

Safety features: pool safety fence for children at extra cost of 400 euros per stay (request in advance). Fire extinguishers, fire blanket, smoke detectors, safety lighting in & out, alarm system (optional use), first aid box, 24/7 reliable emergency contact number.

Housekeeping and linen change once per week, two pairs of bathroom towels, one pair of pool towels provided upon arrival, personal check in and info meeting, welcome treat, luggage storage, all included in price. 

The pool can be heated upon request in advance from March - November upon an extra charge. For at least 5 days stay, -20% discount.
