IMPORTANT NOTE:
-There is 1 cleaning during the stay (middle of week) for reservations of minimum one week of stay
- A professional piano and guitar are available at the villa
-The villa is equipped by a private extra electricity generator so you will never run out of electricity in case of cut of electricity of the local public company
-The villa has a huge private closed garage ( up to 8 cars can be parked inside ) for the full security of your rent a cars
-The villa is equipped with an elevator that can bring you to any floor of the villa
-The villa is accessible for wheelchairs thanks to its elevator inside the house and the wheelchair can go easily around all the pool area . The only part of the house that is not equipped for wheelchairs are the bathrooms (even if possible to enter in all of them)

*Heated pool is optional & comes upon an extra charge per day that must be paid in cash upon guest arrival.
*Deposit can be refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival.
*The damage deposit amount must be paid in cash upon guest arrival.
